Cured by HyperVen!

I hardly dare to say it, but no more hyperventilation symptoms for almost 2 weeks now… I am apparently cured by HyperVen! Yes I still use medication. But I have no more skipping heart beats. And I just went shopping on my own without the usual anxiety.

Beforehand we agreed I would leave the theater if it could not manage

Sunday evening I even went to the cinema with a good friend, who was aware of my chronic hyperventilation. Beforehand we agreed I would leave the theater if I could not manage. But: I HAVE SEEN THE COMPLETE MOVIE!

It is finally going to happen I feel.
