I also did breathing therapy. Practiced for ever! And my breathing changed to the abdominal type beautifully… But the symptoms only went away temporarily. In situations of stress and tension, like in the London underground, the symptoms came back like they were never gone.

What I find remarkable about HyperVen therapy is that I am not trying to control my breathing. But it corrects itself: 4 times a minute i.s.o. 18 times. And my shoulders became so relaxed. And I did not even do one exercise for that… So I would say: “join our HyperVen club and in a while you will automatically feel better…”
