Expected results from HyperVen

Most users of the HyperVen program experience good results. In general, symptoms are reduced to such an extent that normal functioning is possible again. If you want to read success stories about people who have preceded you, click on this button:

The first few months

The moment you can hold your breath about 50 to 60% longer than when you started HyperVen, the healing process begins to get under way. Usually we see patients clearly improve over the course of about 2 to 4 months.

At a somewhat later stage, when you start to get used to the absence of alarming symptoms in phobic situations, phobic avoidance usually also disappears. You start to live a normal life again.

A lasting effect

The positive effect of therapy with HyperVen therapy is in most cases lasting. The CO2 buffers are replenished by the changed setting of the respiratory center. This allows the body to deal with hyperventilation normally again.

As a result, the chance of relapse is small. It is important to realize that resetting the respiratory center is a process that takes time. Chronic hyperventilation does not occur suddenly, but usually develops over the years.

The healing process continues, even if you stop using HyperVen

The healing process also needs its time. You do the therapy for about 3 to 4 months and thereby initiate the healing of your body. This process continues for a long time after the therapy has ended. This effect breaks the hyperventilation => anxiety => more hyperventilation circle. The trust in one’s own body returns. And with that, the psychological foundation of the hyperventilation syndrome is slowly but surely decreased.

Can chronic hyperventilation still return?

Chronic hyperventilation is primarily caused by the psychological profile of the people who suffer from it.

ensure a healthy lifestyle

This is one of the main reasons that chronic hyperventilation can return. The pitfall is that after one starts to feel better after doing HyperVen therapy, one falls back into the destructive lifestyle that hyperventilation caused if the first place.

Often people with chronic hyperventilation have removed the stress sources from their lives. That reduces the chances of relapse. But sometimes people think they can handle everything as before. They have apparently not yet learned the lesson of hyperventilation syndrome. So beware of this pitfall. The fact that you have developed chronic hyperventilation means that you have to ensure a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. And reduce your stress sources. Then you assure yourself of a lasting result with HyperVen.
