HyperVen is a nice addition

I did the HyperVen therapy for about four months. I was very happy with this. After each session I had more energy. And after a while I slept much better. I had a hard time after my burn-out. I fell into an anxiety disorder and had the hyperventilation symptoms 24 hours a day. Especially the broken sleeping pattern almost broke me. After half a year little by little I felt a bit less hellish. Then I ran into HyperVen. HyperVen is a nice addition.

The cause is always in your thinking

The cause is always in your thinking
The cause is always in your thinking

I do not think HyperVen is a therapy that triggers the entire recovery process for anyone who goes on long enough. It is a fine method that helps you to breathe better again. The reason why you are breathing badly is the main cause. This cause is always in your thinking. Like not taking time for yourself, fears, wanting to go too fast, etc.

It works so well because it is so demanding

If you cannot work it out yourself, it is important to turn to a professional. HyperVen is a great addition to this. It is a meditative moment, because it is a demanding therapy. And because it is demanding it works so well. You do not have time to think or feel anything else. You must focus on holding that breath. Sweat drops regularly appeared on my forehead. The longer I worked on it the better and the higher the chart became.

Falling back into old patterns

Now I lost a large part of the symptoms. And I sleep better. But I notice how easily I can fall back into old patterns. All of this has to do with my thinking, my perfectionism and my fears. I would like to thank everyone from the staff here for their contribution. I am very happy that I started doing HyperVen. And I also liked the way of communicating.

For everyone: try HyperVen

Good luck in the future and for everyone: try HyperVen. It will help you. But pay attention to finding your self-confidence and peace of mind. I myself believe in the healing effects of meditation together with some cognitive behavioral therapy. And you can do that yourself without a therapist.

Thomas
