Skipping heart beats

Skipping heart beats

Dear all, since 2 months I am again suffering from skipping heart beats. I read all the articles on skipping heart beats. And it strikes me that so many people have these issues. A year ago I had a ECG on the first aid department of a hospital. I had a panic attack because of these skipping heart beats. The results were okay.

I still find it hard to believe these symptoms are caused by chronic hyperventilation

In the meantime they stayed away for a year. So I was happy. They were gone. And I hoped they would never come back again. But unfortunately, after a stressful time I fell back in the vicious circles. It is really awful. I know that this all has to do with chronic hyperventilation. But I still find it hard to believe these symptoms are caused by chronic hyperventilation

So hesitatingly I went to the doctor. Of course I was anxious. So my heartbeat jumped up to 120 beats per minute. My doctor heard a very fast and strong heartbeat, so nothing is wrong. So you go home and think okay everything is fine. But at home the drama starts again. It made me monitor my heartbeat again the last few days.

I have been free of symptoms for a long time

I did HyperVen therapy two years ago. Neatly 3 times a day for 4 months and it was very successful. It is also true that once you stop, you will still feel improvements months later. It is a gradual proces. I have been free of symptoms for a long time now. In started my therapy with a score of 40 sec on average. 4 months later, 130 seconds on average. Now 2 years later back to only 60 seconds. I still want to encourage people to persevere with HyperVen therapy. Because it helps. And really very important guys, avoid stress! Even positive stress is still stress! You have to learn to deal with it.

Your body is just very sensitive to it

cherish your body and mind
cherish your body and mind

HyperVen helps. But I noticed that if you continue to have stress, busy job, family problems etc, etc, the hyperventilation will come back. Your body is just very sensitive to it. I must mention that I am an HSP (high sensitive person). Check yourself. Are you psychologically comfortable? This is so incredibly important. Because it also helps your recovery.

I hope you will find my story helpful. It is meant to be an encouragement for you! Persevere people! And cherish your body and mind. You have to do with it for years!

Greetings, Helena
