To the dentist

At the dentist

Hi everyone. I want to share something very positive. I went to the dentist and this is my story. The day before yesterday, December 29, I got a pain in a tooth! I thought, “Oh my, please let it no be a nerve inflammation!” In the past (before HyperVen therapy) I would have panicked immediately, with severe hyperventilation. I was terribly scared and postponed going to the dentist to the last minute. Because ……………… maybe it would go away by itself ……….. not so!

Now I had to go to an unknown dentist

Anyway after sitting up all night (because when I lay down it throbbed like crazy) I called my dentist in the morning. And guess what: HE WAS ON HOLIDAY. The misery. Now I had to go to an unknown dentist. In the past I would have collapsed. Would have panicked a lot.

So I called the doctor’s office. He referred me to a Chinese dentist at 11 a.m. Well there I went. Oh no, 3rd floor!!! With an elevator!!!! And it was one of those old-fashioned ones… Help… But…. nothing happened, except for that nagging tooth…

I had to go to a… dental surgeon

The dentist told me I indeed had a nerve inflammation, so I got an anesthetic. To keep it short: I got 4 injections. My whole face felt numb, but not that darn tooth. The dentist looked surprised. I was completely stunned, because this had never happened to me before. So he told me I had to go to the… dental surgeon! (Whaaaaaaaaaaaa Help me)

Well in the afternoon I found myself at the dental surgeon in hospital!!!! My hubby was not allowed inside. Because the operation theater had to remain sterile. Anyway, the dental surgeon did his job well. The nerve inflammation was treated. I lay under a green sheet during the operation. So I could not actually see anything. Only the mouth was visible.

And guess what? NOTHING HAPPENED! Really, I swear, I had no hyperventilation symptoms at all! Normally I would have been completely broken. For at least a week. But now, in the evening I fried doughnut balls with friends!

For those of you still suffering from hyperventilation: do HyperVen therapy! Because it REALLY works. Well, this was it. I had to share this. Because positive messages are very important for people who have yet to start. And for those who are doing the therapy but have no results yet.

Boys and girls, I wish you all
A VERY HEALTHY, HAPPY AND HYPERVENTILATION-FREE life.
Greetings from Ellen
