Hello all. It is quite strange to be cured. This is my story. At the end of 2010 I suddenly got short of breath in the car. That was the first expression of my chronic hyperventilation. Two years later an ambulance transported me to hospital because of a severe hyperventilation attack. After that I got more and more chronic hyperventilation symptoms. Such as heat surges, nausea, de-personalization, balance issues, panic attacks, unable to sleep, stiff neck, tingling throughout my body, depressed, etc.

A visit to the GP indicated nothing. I had to do breathing exercises and reduce my stress levels. It is very unfortunate that most GP’s have no knowledge of chronic hyperventilation.

Often it was very demanding

I started searching the internet for something that could help me. And I ended up on the HyperVen site. I immediately started the HyperVen therapy. My initial score was 45. After 4 months I had an average of 110. It was quite a hard time but I persevered. Sometimes the exercises went well for me. But often it was very demanding.

After 4 months I stopped, but I still had some of the symptoms from time to time. So I started again in order to get rid of the last symptoms. And then these also stayed away. I have been completely free of chronic hyperventilation for several weeks now.

I am confident

It is quite strange to be cured. I still keep expecting a certain reaction from my body, for example panic. But then nothing happens. That takes a bit of getting used to, but oh how wonderful! I hope it stays that way. But I am confident. I wish everyone a lot of success with HyperVen and a hyperventilation free future. Do you have chronic hyperventilation but still some doubt about HyperVen? Do not hesitate and start today.

Thank you HyperVen and everyone on the forum. Your messages were recognizable, inspiring and supportive.
