One hundred HyperVen sessions

So, that milestone has been reached. One hundred HyperVen sessions since I started with HyperVen therapy. It went fast, very fast. My average has increased from 60 seconds at the start, to 195 seconds now. And in less than three months. Right now I feel good. The last few days even symptom free. What a relief.

Because it went so fast, I had quite an increase in symptoms in the past month. Even in such a way that I became very concerned about the effectiveness of HyperVen therapy. After one hundred HyperVen sessions: HyperVen is extremely effective

My daily average is around 190 seconds in the last 1.5 weeks. And there seems to be no increase anymore. Could I be there already? I can hope for it. In any case, I will continue at this pace in the coming month. Then a few weeks on vacation. It appears to me HyperVen therapy is extremely effective to heal chronic hyperventilation.
