Long live HyperVen therapy

Hello everyone, here just a message from a HyperVen user. Long live HyperVen therapy. I will explain why. My chronic hyperventilation started with vigorous hyperventilation attacks about 10 years ago. And it slumbered all these years. Result: avoided busy shops, full cinemas, theater halls, long car driving and the like. So I did not feel very well, but I also wanted to live with it.

Last year I got so much stress poured over me. The hyperventilation symptoms got worse and worse, so I:

  • just stayed indoors
  • had as few social contacts as possible
  • could not work anymore
  • did not like to pick up the phone
  • felt really very bad!!

I must say that I have become a different person

In addition to conversations with a psychotherapist, I also started HyperVen therapy. And that combination was apparently the right one. I did 4 months HyperVen and it felt extremely demanding. But nearing the end of the therapy I started to feel alive again. I now stopped using HyperVen for 3 months but I still go to the psychotherapist once every 2 weeks. I must say that I have become a different person. Of course the essence is still the same. But it feels so good not to worry about all the symptoms. I can now just live.

So HyperVen really works!

My son and I spent a day together last week at an amusement park.

It is now summer vacation. My son and I spent a day together last week at an amusement park. And yesterday we visited a museum by public transport in Rotterdam. I can enjoy it again!! I posted my message just to encourage everyone. So HyperVen really works!! I regularly read about all sorts of symptoms from people who do not know what to do. But I can only say one thing: go work on yourself! Life is really worth it!!

Strength everyone!!!
