Finding and minimizing stress sources

Take your time to read everything. Just like hyperventilation, the more you understand what stress is, the better you are able to find and minimize your stress sources. Remember everything you do, is a form of stress. The trick is to do things in such a way that they produce as little stress as possible. Fortunately, our body is equipped with an excellent de-stressing mechanism: sleep and dream. But you can do a lot to improve your de-stressing. The following pages explain how.
