The information sources with regards to hyperventilation
Drs. B. Snitslaar lived on a tropical island during his youth and was an amateur deep sea diver. At first he could remain under water for almost 60 seconds, holding his breath. But after several months this increased to an amazing 250 seconds. The feeling of tightness and oxygen deprivation, signs indicating a quick return to the surface was due, slowly disappeared. This experience was one of the triggers that led him to develop the HyperVen therapy.
He published his research findings in the early eighties. Below you can download the article he wrote.
Het Hyperventilation Syndrome, Magazine for Social Medicine, 9 pages about the underestimation of hyperventilation as the source of many disease phenomena. Completed with a literature list.
