The majority of users of the HyperVen program can reduce their symptoms to the point where normal functioning is possible again. Many say they are no longer suffering from hyperventilation.
What is the HyperVen program?
The HyperVen program is a method to cure oneself from chronic hyperventilation, simply by learning to hold one’s breath. The effect of this was discovered by Drs. B. Snitslaar, a Dutch neurologist.
The chairman of the HyperVen Foundation, who cured himself using this therapy, worked together with Drs. Snitslaar to develop the HyperVen program. Thus the therapy has now become available to everyone. To use the program, you only need a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection.

Using the HyperVen program is very simple
HyperVen explains the technique clearly and helps you in every detail of the therapy. The use of the HyperVen program is very simple. Though the therapy itself is very demanding, you do not need a special health to do the therapy. Basically everyone can do it.
The therapy takes an average of 15 minutes to half an hour per session, and you do 2 or 3 sessions per day. The total duration of the therapy differs from person to person, but in general 4 months of therapy is enough. Even when you stop the therapy, the healing process will continue.
