Can the therapy cause ear ache?

It is possible you can get some ear ache, if you squeeze the nostrils when doing the trials, or if you inadvertently move the pressure to the inner ear (through the Eustachius tube). It all depends on doing the trials properly. You will find out yourself, but pay attention to holding your breath using the muscles in the chest. Do not let the pressure be moved to you mouth, because that will lead to putting pressure on the inner ear. One has to find a way to do the exercises in a comfortable way. Sometime it takes a little bit of trying it out in various ways.
